Shipping
1. When will my order be shipped?
We process and ship your orders everyday, excluding orders placed on the weekends and on QLD Public Holidays.
Orders received before 12 PM AEST Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number via your preferred contact method, usually via the email address entered at checkout once your order has been processed and dispatched.
*Estimated shipping/delivery times does not include dispatch times. During high volume periods & sales, dispatch times may vary.
2. How much do I have to pay for shipping?
We ship for free when you place an order and have hit our minimum spend.
To see the minimum threshold, please refer to our table below*. Otherwise, standard rates apply. All rates are stated in AUD unless clearly stated otherwise.
